Finance Qualification

With hundreds of home loans currently available on the market, it is crucial that you find a loan that is right for you. Whilst we recommend that you investigate the range of finance options available to you thoroughly as part of the process of building your new GJ Gardner home, we commend to your attention the range of financing packages offered by NAB.

Secure your home and land package

You have finally found the land and house design of your dreams and you're ready to take the next step. A small refundable holding deposit will be required to secure your selection while your paperwork is being completed.

Signing of contracts

Your friendly consultant at GJ Gardner will walk you through your building contract. Rest assured that your GJ Gardner consultant will take the time to address your questions - so you know exactly what your home and land package is going to cost and include, before you sign the paperwork. Upon completion of the paperwork and with your approval, your finalised contract will be submitted to council.

Finance Approval

Once finance has been approved, loan documents will be prepared and submitted by the lender to you for signing. Once returned to the lender, then it's just a matter of settlement. Congratulations! You are now the proud owner of a piece of land in your desired area. Your solicitor will liaise with the appropriate party to ensure the legality of all the documents.

Construction on your new home

The professional and friendly staff at GJ Gardner will be on hand to help you design your home. Once you have selected the various materials and colour schemes, construction on your new home can start.
